Is the Shop Open?

Supreme Littleness Designs is a sole trader operation. Much as Michael would like to keep the shop open 24/7 as the shop was for the first four years of trading, time to process orders is limited. If the PayPal buttons are not showing, the shop is closed. Updates are available on the FaceBook Page. Meanwhile, as you hold on to your money, feel free to browse the pages of designs and plan your next order. If any PayPal buttons are showing, those items can be ordered until a quantity of orders are taken and then the shop will close until these orders are processed. Ranges are continually being added! Ordering Designs

Online payments are made via PayPal. Please be sure to read details of post and packing charges before placing an order. Supreme Littleness Designs is a sole trader operation. It’s just Michael. NO STOCK IS KEPT. EVERYTHING IS CUT TO ORDER. So, please, factor that in when ordering and when expecting an order to arrive.   Confirmation emails are not sent out in addition to the official PayPal receipt that all orders made through PayPal receive. Priority is given to processing orders, working on new designs and fulfilling custom designs, and especially to getting orders out as soon as is possible. Ideally, a customer will receive an email when an order is dispatched but the main concern is to email assembly instructions and advice to those who need them.

Returns & Replacements

Supreme Littleness Designs will try to ensure that all products are properly checked before posting. According to Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the right to cancel orders without giving a reason. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform Supreme Littleness Designs within seven working days of receipt of the order. Goods in saleable condition can be returned at the cost of the customer for a full refund less ‘shipping costs’. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning items, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction shall be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by post within seven working days of receipt. The items may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement. Supreme Littleness Designs will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Supreme Littleness Designs’ only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the item(s).

UK :

Orders of £10 and under: £1.50 Orders of more than £10 and under £15: £2.00 Orders of more than £15 and under £20: £2.50 Orders over £20: £3.00 Orders are always sent First Class inland if the cost is equal to the rate charged. Otherwise orders are sent Second Class.

Outside UK :

International orders are shipped at cost. It won’t cost you more or less than the cost to ship. Your order will include shipping at the UK rate. Once your order is cut and weighed, you will be invoiced for the outstanding amount to ship to your country. Payment must be made before the order is dispatched. Orders are always sent Air Mail as standard. Customers outside Europe can have their order sent by Surface Mail at a cheaper rate. Please request this by email as soon as possible after ordering. IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN ORDERING

MAGNETS AND BASES

Magnets and bases can be heavy and more expensive to deliver than more expensive items such as model kits. Orders that include magnets and/or bases are subject to post and packing/shipping charged at cost. If this is over the normal postage charge, customers will be billed the excess. This is more likely with larger orders and especially to outside- UK. However, the cost charged will not cost more than the post and packing cost to send.
